Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used trading cards.
Digital products or downloadable content.
Final sale or clearance items.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

2. Provide clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).

3. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization.

4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defects or incorrect items).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If the return does not meet our criteria, we will notify you and return the item at your expense.

4. Order Cancellations

· Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.

· If the order has already been processed, cancellations may not be possible.
